A flip-card study depot and randomized trivia game for every named droid in Star Wars canon.
Status: not live, not failed โ pending review. The game works end to end. It's not shipped because I haven't settled a copyright question and, honestly, it looks a little silly without it.

What it is
Study-by-chapter flashcards covering ~60 named droids โ every trilogy, the anthology films, the animated shows,
the live-action Mando-era shows, and a "Legacy & Parks" chapter for the Star Tours / Galaxy's Edge droids.
Each card flips to show first appearance, function, a droid "class," famous and alternate versions, and a trivia note.
There's a randomized trivia mode on top, scored arcade-style with rank tiers, Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin-style.
Why it's not live
Two reasons, and they're related.
Copyright. I don't have a clean answer on whether droid photos/official art can go on the cards.
Fan wikis run on their own fair-use footing; I don't want to assume the same latitude applies here without
actually working it out first. Until I do, the cards use original vector silhouettes instead of real images.
It looks silly without them. A droid trivia game where you can't actually see the droids
is a weird product. The placeholder art is fine for playtesting, not fine as the shipped thing.
Options on the table: license or commission original art per droid, find a defensible fair-use path for a
small set of reference thumbnails, or just ship it card-back-first (data and trivia are the actual value)
and treat the art as a later pass. No decision yet โ that's why this sits at Pending Review instead of Live.
What's already working
Chapter checkboxes, flip-card study mode, shuffle, an auto-generated trivia engine (era / class / claim-to-fame /
famous-moment questions with real distractors), scoring with streaks, and six rank tiers from "Bantha Fodder"
to "Grand Master Droidsmith." The data itself โ first appearances, functions, variants, trivia โ is the part
I'm most confident shipping as-is.
